Summary
- PC gamers can claim free games on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
- Steam users can grab Stellar Mess until February 27.
- Epic Games Store users can get F1 Manager 2024 for free until February 20.
PC gamers have two free games they can claim for their digital libraries right now, with one available on Steam and the other up for grabs on the Epic Games Store. PC gamers willing to use multiple launchers can get all kinds of free games every month, with no strings attached. Unlike the “free” games given away to console players, the free PC games usually don’t require a subscription.
Steam free game giveaways happen more or less at random, and boil down to whenever the publishers decide to give their games away for free. The Epic Games Store, on the other hand, has a consistent pattern when it comes to its free game giveaways. Every Thursday at 10am CT, PC gamers can log in to the Epic Games Store and claim a new free game or two for their digital libraries.

The Epic Games Store Free Games For February 20 Build the Momentum Back Up After Valentine’s Day
After a divisive week for the Epic Games Store, two titles are being given away that could make worthwhile additions to many users’ libraries.
That pattern has held true for February 2025. From now until February 20, Epic Games Store users can claim F1 Manager 2024 for free. As a bonus, they can also get the Loba Free Unlock bundle for the popular battle royale Apex Legends, which instantly unlocks Loba and her “Torrent” Epic Skin. Steam users, meanwhile, can get Stellar Mess: The Princess Conundrum (Chapter 1) for free. Whereas F1 Manager 2024 is free until February 20, Stellar Mess is free on Steam all the way until February 27.
Free Steam Game
Stellar Mess: The Princess Conundrum Chapter 1 is a sci-fi point-and-click adventure game that takes direct inspiration from classics of the genre, right down to its old-school user interface. Stellar Mess Chapter 2 is scheduled to release “soon,” and so it’s likely that the first chapter is being given away to get more people invested in the story and therefore be more willing to buy the follow-up when it’s out. Stellar Mess has enjoyed “Very Positive” reviews from Steam users, so it should be a solid freebie, especially for fans of point-and-click adventure games.

Free Epic Games Store Games for February 2025
F1 Manager 2024 and the Loba Free Unlock Bundle for Apex Legends are the current Epic Games Store freebies, but they will be replaced later this week. On Thursday, February 20, Garden Story and World War Z: Aftermath will be the new Epic Games Store free games. Those titles will be free until February 27, so they’ll be cycled out of availability the same day as Stellar Mess. PC gamers should make sure to claim all the free games while they’re still available.
