Horikoshi is the mangaka of the hugely popular series, My Hero Academia, also known as Boku No Hero Academia.

Horikoshi recently concluded his manga late last year in 2024, which he did almost alongside another huge shonen series, Jujutsu Kaisen.

Horikoshi also surprised fans with a pretty dense epilogue, which came with the physical release of the final manga volume. But since then, not much has been heard from him, besides the occasional drawings he posts on his social media.

The most recent one is his drawing of Shigaraki, the man who ended up being the main villain of his series.
