Mecha BREAK’s Global Storm Open Beta Test Starts On Sunday

Mecha BREAK is an upcoming PvP versus action combat game that pits players against each other in 6v6 and 3v3. This latest open beta will give players the best chance yet to experience Mecha BREAK, including new game modes and the tactical co-op PvPvE mode ‘Mashmak.’

While watching the trailer, your head might immediately spot similarities to Armored Core, we think the upcoming title bears more striking resemblance to the ‘Gundam Vs.’ series of games, which are relatively unknown outside of Japan. Here’s what developer and publisher Amazing Seasun Games had to say:

“The ‘Global Storm’ Open Beta Test, available to all players on PC and Xbox Series X|S, includes all gameplay features that will be available at launch. Players will experience the opening tutorial and introduction, character and mech customization, an explorable space station, all three core game modes, a training room, and thirteen distinct mechs or ‘Strikers.’”

Mecha BREAK’s open beta doesn’t currently have an ending date at the time of writing. To join, all you need to do is download the beta from the Xbox app, or opt into the beta on Steam.
