Nola is the first Homunculus you unlock in the game. After starting the game, keep moving forward, and you’ll eventually find her in the Subterranean Testing Site Ruins area.

Tune Lito
Lito is the first true boss in the game, found in the Subterranean Testing Site Ruins section. Defeat her and tune her afterward to unlock this achievement.

Exit the Subterranean Testing Site
After defeating Lito, pick up the Subterranean Testing Site Key item and head out of through the door across the bridge to get this achievement.

Obtain a Relic
Relics are passive items that you can equip as long as you have enough Relic Slots, similar to Charms in Hollow Knight. Collect the first one to unlock the achievement.
Regret
Tune Yolvan
Yolvan, the Black-Winged Huntsman is the boss of the Old City – Lower Stratum region. Defeat him and tune him after that.
Man’s Best Friend
Tune Hati
After defeating Yolvan, head back to the Old City Market area and talk to the NPC Gordon. After the conversation, you can tune Hati, the Homunculus Wolf sitting nearby to unlock fast travel and get the achievement.

Obtain a Bracelet
Bracelets are Equipment items that boost Lilac’s defensive stats. Find the first one to unlock the achievement.

Tune Muninn
Muninn is an Autonomus Homunculus that you can find in the Magicite Mine Region. Talk to the Attuner NPC in the area and he’ll let you Tune Muninn to add her to your party.

Tune Shackled Beast
Shackled Beast is the boss of the Tethered Steeple region. Defeat and tune him to unlock this achievement and get the Shackled Beasts Counter ability.
White as Snow
Tune Garm
Garm is the boss of the Magicite Region and gives you the Garm’s Iron Stake ability. Defeat the boss and tune him to grab this achievement.
Scuba Gear
Obtain an arcane instrument that lets you swim underwater
While exploring Subterranean Waterway, you’ll come across the body of a lifeless Attuner with a glowing item on her. Interact with the item to unlock the Swim ability and unlock this achievement.
Bonds
Enhance Hati
After defeating Vael, the Crazed Wolf in the Crimson Forest area, head through the next door to talk to the Village Elder. She will enhance Hati’s ability, allowing you to do a running charge by holding the dash button.

Carapaces are special types of Equipment that let you activate a barrier when you time it right. Find the first one to unlock this achievement.

Obtain a Totem
Totems are a type of Equipment item that offers additional active/passive effects. Find the first one to unlock this achievement.
Guardian
Tune Lars
You’ll find Lars, The Lurker of the Depths in multiple locations while exploring the Crystalline Realms. Defeat him each time to unlock his Homunculi ability (Wall Grip) and get this achievement.
A Request
Tune Motley
Defeat the King of the Garbage Heap boss in the Final Disposal Site and Tune Motley afterward to unlock the grappling hook ability and get this achievement.
Central Stratum
Reach the Central Stratum
Central Stratum is the second major section of the game. You’ll have to find the Chief Attuner and fix the elevator in the Old City – Lower Stratum to reach Central Stratum.
Artful Attuner
Gain the ability to use Attuner Arts
Attuner Arts are special Homunculi abilities that use your SP Gauge to unleash devastating attacks. Reach Central Stratum and Defeat Gilroy, the Administrator to unlock these abilities.
Refinement
Enhance a Relic
Save the trapped Attuner in Final Disposal Site after defeating King of the Garbage Heap and unlocking the Grappling Hook. He will return to the Old City Market and unlock the Relic Refinery, where you can upgrade your Relics by spending Scraps.
Lamentation
Tune Luiseach
Defeat Luiseach, the Iron Witch in the Sorceror’s Academy section of the Central Stratum and tune her afterward.
Vengeance
Tune No. 7
Climb the Battle Tower in the Steel District and defeat the boss No. 7 and tune her after that.
Restoration
Tune Huginn
Follow Levy’s questline and find her in the Magicite Mine and Crystalline Realm before talking to her in the Steel District Bench Respite. She will give you Huginn as a reward.
Cause and Effect
Enhance Motley
Defeat Declan, the Fallen Sorcerer in Declan’s Estate and head to the next room to enhance Motley’s ablities and unlock Motley’s Torrent.
Grief
Tune Lorna
Go to Frost Estate Ruins and find Lorna in an empty room while exploring. After her conversation, you’ll have the option to tune her and unlock this achievement.
Skyward
Enhance Garm
Enhance Garm’s Iron Stake to Garm’s Ascent after defeating the boss Velgrynd in the Arcane Factory section of the Central Stratum.
Off the Wall
Enhance Lars
Enahnce Lars’ Grip to Lar’s Swift Flight after defeating Gilroy, the Administrator in the Biological Research Facility area of the Central Stratum.
Upper Stratum
Reach the Upper Stratum
Upper Stratum is the final section of the game accessed after Steel District. Reach the area to unlock this achievement.
Devotion
Tune Reibolg
After finishing the first playthrough, head to the barrier in the Crystalline Realm’s bottom right exit. The barrier will be gone, and you can head into the next room to start a boss fight against Reibolg, the Mad Knight. After defeating him, continue heading through the region until you meet the Chief Attuner. Head to the next room to fight Rebolg again. Defeat him and you’ll get the option to Tune him.
Forged in Fire
Expand the Craftory’s offerings to the maximum extent.
Collect all 12 Grimoires to expand the shop’s inventory to its fullest and unlock this achievment.
