I’ve experienced the original versions of each game since, but nothing beats the first time you step into those now-iconic combat boots. Because while Konami is sticking to the script, Kojima’s original tale of Big Boss is one many of us have quite the attachment to. This is a sentiment Konami shares, as producer Noriaki Okamura says “In our opinion, the gameplay and then the storyline is perfect as it was. There’s no need to change it.”
