There are seven fish in total that players can’t really track during the Old Man and the Whale event in Wuthering Waves. This will leave this task up to players’ willingness to explore the vast lands and water of Riccioli Island.
Unlike most Wuthering areas, Riccioli Island is made up mostly of water, which makes exploring it quite easy, especially with Rachel around. Finding and fishing out fish no. 70-Draco Cobia in WuWa will reward players with 200 Fame, 300 Abyssal Coral, 50 Old Campus, 30 Coast Flax, and 20,000 Fishery Coins in Wuthering Waves.

Fish No 70 – Draco Cobia Location In Wuthering Waves
To get fish number 70-Draco Cobia in WuWa, players must first find four Reyes Map Fragments scattered around Riccioli Islands. To achieve that, do the following:

Wuthering Waves: Legendary Fish Fishing Spot Locations (Old Man and the Whale)
Here are all the fishing spots for the available legendary fishes in Wuthering Waves.
- Complete the Old Man and the Whale event quest in Wuthering Waves.
- Fast travel to Port of Riccioli Dock.
- Head west.
- Strike up a conversation with Toretto to initiate a mission.
- Complete the Sailor’s Treasure side quest.
Upon completing the mentioned steps, the first Reyes Map Fragment will be acquired, and the rest will be found within the Crab Shrines’ Common treasure chests in Wuthering Waves.
Reyes Map Fragment Location #2
Rovers will find the second Map Fragment on a small hill northwest of Port of Riccioli’s Resonance Beacon. A Common chest will spawn next to the Shrine after completing the steps, so players should open it to get the second map fragment they need.
Reyes Map Fragment Location #3
Next, head to Helm Village and head southeast to find another Crab Shrine. Like the previous one, it would need three Crabs. Collect some from the beach or the surrounding rocks, then make an offering to get the second Wuthering Waves Common chest with the Reyes Map Fragment inside.
Reyes Map Fragment Location #4
To locate the fourth Reyes Map Fragment in Wuthering Waves, Rovers need to:
- Teleport to Serene Bay Dock.
- Use the Leap Spot beside the Dock to reach the northwestern cliff.
- Collect three Bell Crabs from around the shrine.
- Offer it to the Crab Shrine.
- Collect the spawned Common chest to get the fourth and last Reyes Map Fragment.
How To Get Fish No 70 – Draco Cobia In Wuthering Waves
To find fish number 70-Draco Cobia location in WuWa, players need to follow these steps:
- Open Backpack.
- Go to the Quest Item section.
- Scroll all the way down to find the Mysterious Complete Treasure Map.
- Use it to find fish number 70-Draco Cobia location in Wuthering Waves.
Upon using the map, a Common request with the name Legend: Leviathan Loyalist will appear. Follow the request marker to catch a 70-Draco Cobia and deliver it back to any Dock on Riccioli Islands.
