A new leak from Zenless Zone Zero is hinting at the introduction of a brand-new faction with the Version 1.6 update, associated with new characters Silver Soldier Anby and Trigger. Beyond a character’s main attribute and class, factions have served as one of the most important ways of identifying and grouping characters within the HoYoverse urban action RPG. A character’s “Additional Ability” often benefits from being paired with characters from other factions, like teaming Miyabi up with other members of Section 6. Now, the HoYoverse action RPG’s next update will feature another new faction added to the game.
HoYoverse has already teased plenty of new characters coming to Zenless Zone Zero with the game’s Version 1.6 update, with three new roster members on the way. Version 1.6 will introduce two new S-Rank characters to the game, with both Silver Soldier Anby and Trigger expected to debut during Zenless Zone Zero‘s next patch. The Sons of Calydon will also gain a new member during Version 1.6, with Pulchra joining the gacha banner and also said to be given out as a free reward. New rumors are now hinting at a new faction to come in Version 1.6.

Zenless Zone Zero Leak Teases New Version 1.6 Faction
A recent update shared by prominent Zenless Zone Zero leaker Palito is hinting at a new faction coming in Zenless Zone Zero‘s Version 1.6. According to the leak, the new faction will be named “Silver Squad” and will be another division of the game’s “New Eridu Defense Force” organization. Silver Soldier Anby and Trigger are both expected to be associated with the new faction, with Version 1.0 S-Rank character Soldier 11 also expected to align with the group. Silver Squad and Version 1.6 are currently expected to launch on March 13.
Zenless Zone Zero‘s newest faction in Version 1.6 comes as the developer has already introduced a brand-new faction to the game with its ongoing update. Version 1.5 brought the first members of the “Stars of Lyra” faction with its new featured characters, with both Astra Yao and Evelyn aligned with the faction. HoYoverse has also continued to update its launch factions with more characters, adding Yanagi, Harumasa, and Miyabi to Section 6 and Caesar, Burnice, and Lighter to the Sons of Calydon among others.
