Since then, Sanji has improved his usage of Haki tremendously. Fans already know that Sanji is a monstrously powerful Haki user, especially when it comes to Color Observation Haki. His overall Color of Observation skills are absolutely immense, and in some ways, even better than those of Luffy. His Armament Haki is quite impressive as well, allowing him to sustain the blue flames of Ifrit Jambe which can put an end to even someone as strong as a Yonko right-hand man. Katakuri, Big Mom’s second son, has Conqueror’s Haki based on the same idea. Boa Hancock, the Snake Empress, has Conqueror’s Haki. Ace, the son of the Pirate King, had Conqueror’s Haki. For those who don’t know, Scopper Gaban is the left arm of the late Pirate King, Gol D. Roger. He was a legendary fighter whose strength was supposed to be tremendous in his prime. It is said that Scopper Gaban is a pirate rivaling even Rayleigh, and that he is on par with the likes of Roger and Rayleigh. On top of that, Gaban is called a living legend, just like Rayleigh himself, which means that during the old era, he was an incredibly well-known pirate feared all over the world. Given that Gaban didn’t have any Devil Fruit ability, fans know that he relied purely on Haki. It also makes it incredibly likely for fans to accept the idea that Gaban had access to Conqueror’s Haki. Right now, Gaban is in the land of Elbaf, which means that fans will find out the answer to this question soon enough.
