MLBB Magic Chess: Go Go is a free-to-play multiplier strategy game for mobile devices. It consists of matches with eight players facing off against each other. Moonton announced the game worldwide in October 2024. It will be available on Android and iOS devices.
According to a post on the socials of MLBB, Magic Chess: Go Go is slated to release in the APAC region on Feb. 21. The game was first available for open beta in countries like Singapore and Malaysia. The game has a chess-like battlefield where players can take part using commanders. These commanders have unique skills within the game. Based on their skills and class, these commanders synergize with various game heroes.
Players can purchase their favorite heroes and magic spells using gold during the match. These spells can be used to gain an advantage against the opponents they face. Players can equip a maximum of 3 pieces of equipment to each hero but cannot replace them once they are active.
Players won’t be facing all seven opponents at once. Instead, 1v1 matches against a random opponent will be in each round. All picked heroes will fight automatically, thus reducing the amount of button mashing required. Once a Hero’s Mana is filled, they cast their respective skill during the round.
Grouping heroes with the exact synergy will increase their combat power and efficiency. Combining three identical heroes with the same star level will result in a star up. This will boost their abilities drastically. Currently, the game consists of 13 playable commanders. Each of them has a passive ability and a skill.
Following the release of Lukas in MLBB, the hero was available as the 13th commander in Magic Chess: Go Go.
