Looking at the fighting game esports events we’ve seen for Street Fighter 6 so far, there are some stand-out players. These are the best Street Fighter 6 players currently active in the game as we move into the Capcom Cup 11.

5. MenaRD

MenaRD has been a standout in the first two years of Street Fighter 6 esports. Even prior to this title, he was a two-time Capcom Cup champion for Street Fighter V. In early tournaments like CEO 2023 and the Intel Plays 2023 Invitational, he won first. That’s along with winning Get on My Level 2023, and a Road Warrior event. In the last year, he’s gone even further.
MenaRD has recently won EVO Japan 2024. One of the most competitive events on the calendar. He’ll be attending the next Capcom Cup and looks to be a real competitor at that event.
4. Tachikawa

Tachikawa is one of the most impressive Street Fighter competitors. In recent events, he’s risen up the rankings and now looks like one of the best Street Fighter 6 players.
At the Esports World Cup, the player managed to come in 3rd-4th, beating a lot of the top names. He’s been dominating in quite a few different esports, getting great results across fighting games but has the potential to go much further in Street Fighter 6.
3. Punk

Punk has long been one of the most successful and best SF players, winning eight different pro tour events. In SF 6 he’s had some early success too. He’s won numerous ICFC North America events. Along with getting third at the Intel Plays 2023 Invitational and CEO in the first competitive year. He won EVO 2024 in the second year along with DreamHack Atlanta 2024. One of the best Street Fighter players, and has been for quite a while.
2. Gachikun
As we move into the Capcom Cup 11, Gachikun definitely stands out as one of the best SF 6 players. He’s had fantastic results in the second year along with being a past Capcom Cup Champion.
He’s won DreamHack events, came 3rd in the Esports World Cup, and won more events through the year.

One of the biggest surprises in Street Fighter 6 results so far has been Xaio Hal’s victory at the Esports World Cup.
The four-time EVO Champion has been on fire with Street Fighter in recent years. He’s a cross-fighting game player, having won King of Fighters events this year too. While the Esports World Cup win is his biggest accomplishments, it has been a strong year overall, winning other events. He might be a big contender in the Capcom Cup in the future.
