For the latter argument, the powers granted to the user upon eating Mythical Zoan fruits are the best, since one fruit can imbue the user with multiple forms and, often, many special abilities as well. The Mythical Zoan fruit that turns the user into the fabled wolf from Norse mythology is one that fans have been wanting to see for quite a while now. In his mythological origins, Fenrir is a giant wolf who is a harbinger of the end times known as Ragnarök and also has substantial connections to Loki, making many fans theorize about the fact that his eventual appearance will be shown during the Elbaf arc.

The commonly held belief about the existence of the Fenrir Mythical Zoan is that it belongs to the former Supreme Commander of the Gods’ Knights and current Elder, St. Figarland Garling. There are many connections to be made about this fruit being in Garling’s possession, the chief of which has to do with his character design and role in the overall story. Even if Garling doesn’t have this fruit, his Yokai transformation will likely turn him into Fenrir.

Even more than the Fenrir fruit, fans have been wondering about the location of the fabled Cerberus Devil Fruit, which would allow the user to turn into the iconic 3-headed guardian of the underworld from Greek mythology. The most commonly held theory regarding it was that it was Blackbeard’s original Devil Fruit that essentially gave him multiple souls in a single body, allowing him to use numerous Devil Fruits at the same time.

However, many believe that this theory is largely disproven because of what was seen in Chapter 1138 of the manga. Here, it was revealed that Shamrock’s sword was named Cerberus and was capable of ‘transforming’ into the mythical beast with incredible powers. While it was never outright stated that this is the legendary Devil Fruit’s user, it’s heavily implied, especially since it is known that weapons can be imbued with Devil Fruit abilities.

The Gryphon, or Griffin, is yet another Mythical Zoan creature that fans have been expecting to see for years but has never made its official debut in the story. Like Cerberus, this also comes from Greek mythology and is incredibly important as it is seen as a generally benevolent creature. Because of this and the relationship it has with Cerberus in Greek mythology, many believe that Shanks’ sword has been imbued with this Devil Fruit.

The connections here are quite obvious, especially since Shanks is generally seen as a heroic figure but shares familial bonds with the user of Cerberus. This also lines up with his time in Marijoa, since it’s told in Chapter 1138 that Shanks is known to have spent some time in the Holy Land but turned away from it, which is probably where he got his iconic sword from as well, since his, Shamrock’s, and Garling’s blades all belong to the same family.

In Elbaf, it is known that the Royal Family has a legendary Devil Fruit so powerful that it essentially turns the user into the Sun God. However, unlike the legend associated with Luffy’s Nika fruit, this Sun God is one of pure destruction whose actions seek to cleanse the world of its sins and rebirth it anew, similar to how Surtr from Norse mythology acts, since he is tasked with destroying everything at the end of Ragnarök.

Many fans theorize that this fruit is currently in the possession of Loki, who makes himself known as the Sun God who will destroy the world. Currently, it remains a mystery how two Sun God Devil Fruits can exist at the same time, but many believe that the one Loki has is the Mythical Zoan that transforms him into a massive and powerful fire giant who wields the titanic blade stuck inside Elbaf. This transformation would be strong enough to destroy the world.
