Bandai Namco has opened pre-registration for their upcoming simulation strategy title, SD Gundam G Generation Eternal, for both Android and iOS. The newest addition to the SD Gundam G Generation series, the game was first revealed in May 2022, with a network test conducted on mobile platforms from January 23 to January 28, 2025.

For those unfamiliar, SD Gundam G Generation Eternal is a mech simulation strategy title, and the latest definitive entry in the Gundam G Generation series. In this game, you can upgrade, develop, and form squads using a unique system. You can choose from over 500 Mobile Suits and characters from 70 different original works.

This game is like a treasure trove for Gundam fans, allowing you to experience original stories and play through main scenario missions from 10 iconic works, including Mobile Suit Gundam, MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM SEED, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, and more. As a turn-based game, you need to strategically position your units and unleash their abilities to win.

The devs have announced that “currently, we have no intentions of implementing any microtransactions and/or in-game paid content related to the Development feature.” Instead, you will have to play through the scenarios in Main Stages to develop various units to maintain game balance.

There won’t be any cross-series development

Additionally, they stated, “we have decided to divide Development Diagrams by series and factions, and to forbid cross-series Development.” This means that if you develop a unit in Mobile Suit Gundam, you won’t be able to advance through another series’ diagrams.

Another good news is that the game is also offering various pre-registration milestone rewards:

  • 100,000 Users: Diamonds for one pull.
  • 200,000 Users: x1 Premium Unit Assembly Ticket.
  • 300,000 Users: Diamonds for three pulls.
  • 400,000 Users: x1 SSR or Higher Unit Guaranteed Unit Assembly Ticket.
  • 500,000 Users: Diamonds for six pulls.

SD Gundam G Generation Eternal is available for pre-registration on both Android and iOS. You can pre-register the game via your respective Google Play Store or App Store. After launch, you will receive the GQuuuuuX unit from the Gundam GQuuuuuX series upon completing the tutorial, as a special bonus.
