How To Start Johnny The Gob Task In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
After beating Handsome Charlie, players need to wait two full days before they talk to Guiles in Semine Manor. When they do, he will tell them that the next target for their Bandit Leader hunt is none other than Johnny the Gob. He will be located on the side of the Lake where the adventure began, on the West side of the Trosky region.
Spotting the right target will be easy. Johnny is a stout fellow dressed in a full green coat, with a green shield bearing a goblin’s face. That shield is the target players need to take back to Guiles as proof of extermination. But getting it out of Johnny’s hands won’t be easy.
How To Beat Johnny The Gob In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
The best approach to beat Johnny The Gob and his crew is to wait until midnight, and then poison their Wine Casket or their Food Supply. But if players want to be honorable, they can also pick them out one by one using Marksmanship. Just to be sure, use poison in the arrows to make quick work of them.
There are at least seven bandits in this camp, including Johnny. But if players want to accomplish the extra objective (that is, letting Johnny go), it is not recommended that they use poison either on their weapons or in the bandit’s supplies.
If players are going for a melee build, the Knight’s Longsword is one of the best weapons to deal with groups of enemies. Its long swings cover a lot of area, and it has one of the longest reaches in the game. Usually, a two-handed sword is good to deal with a frontal assault by two or three enemies, but don’t let them surround Henry, or he will be in trouble.

Struggling with Riddler Barley’s questions in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2? Here’s every answer.
Should You Pardon Johnny The Gob Or Execute Him?
The quest handler, Guiles, was a former Bandit Leader now turned into a Guard for Lord Semine, and he had a close relationship with the other outlaws of the region. Among them all, Johnny is the only one who always stood by Guiles’ side, so Henry will be asked to try and pardon Johnny the Gob’s life and let him go. Like with many Quests in the game, rewards might vary depending on how players solve the objectives.
Accomplishing this can be harder than it seems, since the bandits will attack Henry upon his approach to the camp. The best way to try and reason with him is wait for him to be on the outskirts of the camp and approach him unarmed. Talk to him and convince him to flee and abandon the Trosky region.
If that fails, players can also try convincing him during combat or if he yields, but that doesn’t always work well. In either case, the reward for pardoning Johnny the Gob is a little bit of extra Groschen and Speech XP.
