eFootball 2025 this February 2025 brings something unique to the table thanks to the ‘Role Changers’ Nominating Contract (NC) Pack. This pack highlights players who have made a significant impact by adapting to new positions or roles during the season. With fresh tactical versatility in mind, this set offers some nice choices for your squad. Let’s break down the details of the Role Changers NC Pack and take a closer look at the standout players who deserve a spot in your eFootball 2025 team.

Raphinha

  • Position: LMF
  • Playstyle: Hole Player

I’ll start off with my pick. But before I start, dread it, run from it, Raphinha getting a maximum rating of 94 still arrives. I love this player in real life too, so the obvious choice was him. To start things off, I gave him a winger build which makes him quick and with decent finishing, cutting inside and shooting was easy. Dribbling has improved considering his other cards. His crossing is solid but might need a little passing buff, but you need to give him One Touch Pass and Through Passing skills.

Moises Caicedo

  • Position: RB
  • Playstyle: Defensive Full-back

One of my favourite Box-to-Box midfielders in the game is now a fullback. Caicedo was my second and final pick, and from what I have experienced he is disciplined, tracks his man well, and doesn’t commit mistakes. His positioning makes it difficult for wingers to get past him, and he’s comfortable playing the ball out from the back having the right attributes. He won’t be making too many attacking runs, but he has good passing so you can slot him into a higher midfield role at CMF too.

Adrien Rabiot

  • Position: SS
  • Playstyle: Creative Playmaker

Rabiot is a different kind of second striker, one who prefers to link up play rather than look for goals. I can see the Gullit comparisons of course, but the truth is he is very far from it. Use him as an AMF or any advanced attacking role behind the CF, making his ball control and passing useful in tight spaces, and with a good physical, he can hold off defenders. The stats look promising, he can win you aerial duels in the midfield and can create plays well. What else would you need?

Wataru Endo

  • Position: CB
  • Playstyle: Destroyer

A proper no-nonsense defender, Endo is all about shutting down attacks with his physicality and awareness. He’s not the fastest, but he makes up for it with great tackling and positioning. His aerial ability is solid, so he’s useful in both defensive and attacking set pieces. My preference would be to use him as a DMF. I’d suggest adding Blocker and Sliding Tackle before you use him.

Archie Gray

  • Position: CB
  • Playstyle: Build Up

Gray at centre-back is an interesting one, given his usual midfield role. He brings good passing to the table while he doesn’t have end-game defensive stats although you can notice it is in the 90s in auto build. He won’t dominate aerially, which is a huge miss out and hence I would rather ask you to completely skip him at CB. Might be worth testing him in a DMF role or a passing CMF, but again, not worth it.

Myles Lewis-Skelly

  • Position: LB
  • Playstyle: Full-back Finisher

Another lazy card with only two skills is something that is easy to skip, but I’ll give you an overview. Lewis-Skelly is a decent option if you’re looking for a full-back with some attacking intent, but he doesn’t stand out in any particular area. He’s quick and agile, which helps when carrying the ball forward, but his defensive attributes feel a bit underwhelming. No skill in this role is a miss, easy.

After a couple of months of good NC packs, KONAMI decided to drop a dud pack. If you have more than three NCs expiring before the next March pack, I’m sorry lads. Anyway, coming to this pack, if you’re looking for safe picks, Raphinha and Caicedo are the way to go. Raphinha offers pace, dribbling, and solid attacking contributions, whereas Caicedo, despite the position change to RB, is a versatile multiple-position option.

Rabiot is more of a hit-or-miss. I wasn’t a fan of his previous cards, but this one has promising stats. If you’re willing to take a gamble, he might turn out to be a solid choice, especially in an advanced midfield role. Endo is a decent pick if you need a center-back and a Liverpool fan, but nothing special.

But here’s something I would suggest: strictly avoid Archie Gray and Lewis-Skelly. Gray lacks the defensive presence needed for a CB, and Skelly feels underwhelming as an LB with no standout attributes. There are far better options out there, so don’t waste your NC on them.
