There are many main quests, side quests, and even just tips to complete in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Tips aren’t full quests that are marked on the map and have steps to complete, but they do mark things on the map that when completed, reward you in some way. Tips are usually given out by innkeepers, so always be sure to check in with them whenever visiting a new area.
While in Zhelejov, you can talk to the innkeeper who will mention that some guys found a Water Goblins’ treasure. While this isn’t referring to a real fictional goblin that you’ll get to fight, there is a treasure hunt to be done with a decent reward at the end.

Water Goblin Tip Walkthrough In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
The Water Goblin Tip will mark two locations on your map: the Bathing Spot and the Water Goblin’s Hut. Follow the path along the northern side of the pond to reach the Water Goblin’s Hut first, though this location is optional and you’ll need lockpicks to get the reward. Inside the mostly drowned hut will be a locked chest with the difficulty of easy. If you unlock the chest you’ll get:
- 13 Groschen
- 1 Perch
- Water Goblin’s Trousers
Head to the Bath Spot along the southern end of the pond to find the two men you were told about now dead in the water. You can loot both of them for a few Groschen each, but the real reward is in the sack on the boardwalk; the Drowner’s Map.

Luckily the location of the Water Goblin’s treasure is around the same pond, but from the Bathing Spot it’s probably best to fast-travel back to Zhelejov and take the path around the same pond but this time along the southern edge.
Stick along the water’s edge even if there isn’t a road to follow, going toward the opposite side of the pond from the Water Goblin’s Hut since it can clearly swim, unlike Henry. What you’re looking for is a brown pot in the ground, so you may want to refer to the map above to see exactly where to go. Inside the jar will be the Water Goblin’s Treasure: 125 Groschen.
After finding the treasure you can get rid of the map, and know the goblin that killed the two men at the Bathing Spot is still out there somewhere…..
