The latest event in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6
gives players a chance to earn a new perk, a weapon attachment for the Tanto .22, and a new marksman rifle for use across all game types—Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone. Even if you aren’t a fan of any particular mode, this event’s unique challenge system ensures everyone can participate.
Completing this event should only take a couple of hours at most. You don’t need to farm pickups or strange items for this event. Simply complete a few simple challenges, and you’ll walk away with a myriad of new cosmetic goods and the iconic FAL marksman rifle.
What Is The Shadow Hunt Event?
Shadow Event is an in-game event for Black Ops 6 that runs from February 13 to February 20. This event adds six in-game challenges you can complete in Multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone. Each challenge you complete will unlock a new cosmetic, XP token, or even equipment. Complete all six challenges to unlock the new TR2 marksman rifle, otherwise known as the FAL.
Should you miss this event, the TR2 will become available through the Armory Unlock system.
Unlike past events, Shadow Hunt’s challenges are divided into three categories, one for each game mode. You only need to complete one challenge per reward to unlock it; you don’t need to complete all three. For example, if you want the new Slipstream perk, you could get five melee kills in MP, 200 melee kills in Zombies, or perform a melee kill in Warzone. Pick the challenges that best suit you.
Shadow Hunt Event Challenges And Rewards
There are six rewards you’ll earn during the Shadow Hunt event, each tied to three unique challenges. Complete any of the three challenges to unlock your event reward. Once you unlock all six rewards, you’ll also get the TR2 marksman rifle.
