The manga was recommended a while back by My Hero Academia mangaka, Horikoshi. Horikoshi’s series is hugely popular, so his word brought much-needed attention to Ichi the Witch, which is a brand-new series that didn’t have an established fan base. That said, the reason this story is popular is down to the authors themselves, and not Horikoshi. The story is absolutely captivating for many reasons.
Ichi the Witch got its first manga volume reprinted earlier, and now, it’s getting reprinted again. The first volume has been published a total of 3 times now.
This republish is going to come on March 4 2025. This also coincides with the release of its second, and very anticipated, volume. The cover for this new volume has even been revealed so fans can grab both volumes 1 and 2 on the same day.
It’s important to note that for now, all Ichi the Witch releases will only be in Japan, and no official English volume is out for now, and won’t be for the foreseeable future, as no statement has been issued about the English release of the manga.
