Or is it more like an old-school disaster movie? I lean towards the latter; humanity’s downfall will come at the hands of Mother Nature, with tornadoes and earthquakes reshaping the earth. It’s not exactly the happiest of topics, sure, but it’s a reality we’ll have to face in Exoborne, a gritty new extraction shooter from Sharkmob. With the game’s playtest now live, we here at PCGamesN are giving out a bunch of codes so you can dive headfirst into the fray.
Our story takes place in Colton County, the last bastion of humanity in a world fractured by natural disasters. Your role in Exoborne is simple: head into the chaos, scavenge supplies, and get out alive – easier said than done when you’ve got the tempest slinging lightning down from the skies and tornadoes chasing you.
Thankfully, you’re equipped with your trusty Exo-Rig, a high-powered piece of gear that you can fully customize to suit your playstyle. Upgrade your kit, synergize with your friends, and refine your strategy; maybe then you’ll have a chance at surviving the multiplayer game‘s many perils.
