Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 Teaser Confirms Details
The first teaser was officially shared today for Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2. You can also get a good look at a few upcoming skins and other things. The teaser has two characters, one clearly a Midas variant and the other a pickle skin. Those two characters will likely be two of the featured skins for the upcoming battle pass.
This isn’t that surprising, as Midas has quickly become one of the top skins in Fortnite. Obviously, there are a couple of variants of him already, and one more is reportedly on the way. This is very similar to how there’s a new Jonesy skin in virtually every battle pass. Ultimately, Midas is quickly joining Jonesy in rarefied air. The subtitle for the season is “Dill with it” which is likely going to have something to do with the pickle skin.
Finally, eagle-eyed leaker HYPEX spotted a potential survey skin in the background of the teaser. It’s blurry, but you can almost make out a pig skin that was featured in a survey a long time ago. These are not all leaks, as they’re part of the official teaser. The pig skin is not confirmed, but Midas, the pickle, the name, and the general look of the season are all confirmed.
It will officially be called Lawless, and that fits in with the leaked heist theme. The leaked theme was about stealing, and the Lawless season, as well as the imagery accompanying the name, suggests that it will absolutely be about crime. In fact, the paired message with the teaser reads, “Welcome to Crime City, where the hustle never stops.”
