Supercell has surprised fans once again with an unexpected celebrity partnership with Clash Royale. This time, they have teamed up with legendary singer Michael Bolton to create a special music video featuring the Barbarian from Clash Royale, now transformed into “Barboltian.”

In this collaboration, Michael Bolton performs a unique version of his classic hit How Am I Supposed to Live Without You, with the Barbarian joining in. The video cleverly frames the performance as a serenade to “Missing Players,” a nod to those who have been offline for a while. It’s a heartfelt and humorous way to say, “We miss you, come back!“ and also convey their love this Valentine’s.
Currently, the music video has a 2-minute runtime, which can be said to be a teaser. The full duet is not just a fun parody, it will also be made available on streaming platforms starting from February 14, 2025, allowing us fans to listen to the duet anytime.
Michael Bolton rose to fame as a pop ballad singer in the late 1980s and 1990s, known for his powerful voice and heartfelt songs. Before that, he performed hard rock and heavy metal in the 1970s and early 1980s. He co-wrote How Am I Supposed to Live Without You and later recorded it himself, which we’ll see the duet of in Clash flavors.
The music video was truly heartwarming, and seeing the Archer strumming the guitar was a delightful touch. Honestly, if I weren’t already a player, I’d be tempted to jump back in just because of how beautiful both the visuals and the music were.
