Want to see the Avowed map? There’s nothing like the feeling of discovering a brand-new region, not knowing how big it is and what it has to offer. If you want to see everything Obsidian’s latest and greatest has to offer, you need to know exactly what you’re dealing with first.

The Living Lands in Avowed features four distinct regions, each filled with hosts of Avowed quests, enemies, and loot to find. As is the case with most RPGs, it’s well worth looking at our Avowed maps to record where all the fast travel beacons are. With all the beacons and party camps unlocked, you can fast travel across the map to save potentially hours of time. We’ve avoided spoiling any major story beats, so you can look at this guide without having to see anything you would rather not see.

Here’s a list of every region on the Avowed map:

  • Dawnshore
  • Emerald Stair
  • Scatterscarp
  • Galawain’s Tusks

The first proper region you find yourself in Avowed, Dawnshore gives you a chance to flex your muscles as you help many of its inhabitants deal with their problems. You also get the opportunity to bond with Kai, your first Avowed companion, to learn more about his backstory. Using the fast travel system, you have immediate access to the Northern Paradis area.

The story takes you to Emerald Stair next, home to some of the Living Lands’ smartest minds, perfect for tackling the Dreamscourge issue. It’s here that you can add both Marius and Giatta to your party, though it’s worth pointing out that you can only travel with two at a time. The fast travel beacons provide you with access to Fior mes Ivérno.

Shatterscarp map

Fast Travel Beacons: 0/6

As parts of Emerald Stair begin to heat up, it’s time to take a trip to the arid region of Shatterscarp. You already got to interact with Yatzli back in Emerald Stair, but it’s in Thirdborn that you’re able to add her to your party. You can instantly make your way to Thirdborn using the fast travel system.

Galawain’s Tusks map

Ancient Memory: 0/1
Bounties: 0/5
Fast Travel Beacons: 0/9
Pargrun Cache: 0/1
Party Camps: 0/3
Strangled Adra: 0/1

Your journey culminates in Galawain’s Tusks, featuring the final batch of quests, including the answers to the questions you’ve likely had throughout the game. The area you’re able to travel to directly in this region is Solace Keep. It’s important to note that you won’t be able to go back to any side quests if you complete the ‘Our Dreams Divide Us Still’ quest. We recommend manually saving before you proceed with the ending of the game so you can tie up loose ends.
