Searching for the Splinter of Eothas (listen to Sargamis)
If you want to go further with the Dawntreader quest, you can search for the Splinter of Eothas, which is deeper in the ruins. This option in the quest will see you work with Sargamis. The Splinter of Eothas isn’t difficult to find, as you can follow the “B” quest marker on your map and find the relic sitting on a table inside of a room. You have to defeat some strong skeleton enemies after picking up the relic, but you can bring it back to Sargamis, and he will place it inside the Statue of Eothas.
This causes you to have another reaction with the voice inside your head. Apparently, your voice wants to control the Statue of Eothas when they are freed from the prison of your mind, and you can choose to either agree with that decision or tell them no. Either way, after placing the relic in the statue, you can return to Ofryc and complete the Dawntreader quest.
