The Legend passive skill is a Rainbow-tier skill and is among the very best passive skills in Palworld. It grants a +20% buff to the Pal’s Attack and Defense and boosts movement speed by 15%. The only way to obtain the incredible Legend passive skill is by capturing Legendary Pals in Palworld. Moreover, Legendary Pals are unsurprisingly some of the coolest and strongest Pals, boasting powerful attacks and utility.

Unfortunately, there are only a few Legendary Pals, and they are scattered across different corners of the Palpagos Islands. If you are new to Palworld and have no idea where to find Legendary Pals, then this guide is just for you. Paladius and Necromus are two Legendary Pals that spawn together in the far northern side of Desiccated Desert at coordinates (447, 679). Paladius is a Neutral-type Pal, while Necromus is a Dark-type Pal. Both have the Legend passive skill along with another exclusive skill:

  • Paladius has the Celestial Emperor passive skill, granting +20% Neutral-type attack damage.
  • Necromus has the Lord of the Underworld passive skill, granting +20% Dark-type attack damage.

Palworld: All Tower Bosses in Order and Their Locations

Here’s a list of all the Tower Bosses players can find in Palworld, along with their locations and the best order to defeat them.

Frostallion Location (Astral Mountains)

Frostallion is an Ice Legendary Pal found roaming near the frozen lake on the western side of Astral Mountains at coordinates (-357, 509). Aside from Bastigor, it is the only Pal with Level 4 Cooling Work Suitability.

If you capture Frostallion, it will have the Legend passive skill and the Ice Emperor passive skill, which provides +20% Ice attack damage.

Even if you are not interested in breeding or work suitability, Frostallion is an excellent mount. Once you craft a Frostallion Saddle, you can ride it to fly in the sky or run on the ground. While riding it, your attacks turn into Ice attacks, making it highly effective against Dragon-type Pals.

Frostallion Noct Location (Sealed Realm Of The Black Pegasus)

Frostallion Noct is the Dark-type variant of Frostallion. Before the Feybreak Update, Frostallion Noct could only be obtained by breeding Frostallion with Helzephyr. However, players can now find Frostallion Noct locked inside an arena at coordinates (-1082, -1320).

To access this arena, you must first defeat Alpha Celesdir, Silvegis, Azurmane, and Splatterina on Feybreak Island and obtain their Bounty Tokens.

Frostallion Noct does not respawn with daily reset in Palworld. If you accidentally kill it or want to capture more, you will have to wait 60 minutes for it to respawn.

Frostallion Noct is essentially a Dark-type replica of Frostallion. It comes with the Legend passive skill, but instead of Ice Emperor, it has Lord of the Underworld (granting +20% Dark-type attack damage). Interestingly, Frostallion Noct retains Frostallion’s exclusive attack, Crystal Wing. However, being a Dark-type Pal, it loses the Level 4 Cooling ability but gains Level 4 Gathering, making it excellent for farming crops.

Jetragon Location (Mount Obsidian)

Jetragon is a Dragon-type Legendary Pal in Palworld. It is one of the strongest and arguably the fastest flying Pal in the Palpagos Islands. Jetragon spawns on the far western side of Mount Obsidian, at coordinates (-789, -321).

Jetragon does not have impressive Work Suitabilities, but its high flying speed makes it exceptional. The only other Pal that comes close in speed is Xenolord, a raid boss. After crafting Jetragon’s Missile Launcher, you can ride Jetragon and launch missiles at Pals, dealing damage and stunning them.

Palworld: How to Catch Pals

Pals are the heart and soul of Palworld. Learn how to catch them and have an adorable companion for all adventures.

Tips To Catch Legendary Pals In Palworld

Catching a Legendary Pal is no easy feat. These bosses stand at the maximum level of 60 and have access to the strongest attacks. If you go into the fight unprepared, you will most likely end up dying, and all the Pals in your party will faint. Here are some simple tips to help you defeat a Legendary Pal and catch it:

  • Use the highest quality Pal Spheres: Since Legendary Pals are all at level 60, low- and medium-tier Pal Spheres like
    Giga Sphere

    and
    Ultra Sphere

are nearly useless. You will need high-quality Pal Spheres like Exotic Sphere, Ultimate Sphere, and Legendary Sphere. Out of all spheres, Exotic Sphere is the best for capturing Legendary Pals.

  • Use status effects to improve the capture rate: Inflicting status effects is an easy way to improve your chances of capturing any Pal. You can use Fire Arrows to inflict burning or Poison Arrows to apply the poison effect. Players without access to the best Pal Spheres can try inflicting negative status effects on Legendary Pals before using their spheres to increase their chances of capturing them.
  • Exploit their weaknesses: Except for Paladius, all Legendary Pals have elemental weaknesses. You can form a party of Pals with the corresponding elements to deal bonus damage. Below is a list of their weaknesses:
    • Necromus: Dragon
    • Frostallion: Fire
    • Frostallion Noct: Dragon
    • Jetragon: Ice
  • Use rifles and the Ring of Mercy: It may feel unusual, but Palworld allows you to use modern weapons like assault rifles, rocket launchers, and more. These weapons can deal significant damage, especially with headshots. However, be cautious when using them, as excessive damage can accidentally kill the Pal. To prevent this, consider equipping the Ring of Mercy accessory.
