What Time Will Avowed Launch into Early Access?

Players that have purchased Avowed‘s Premium Edition will be able to access the game up to five days early. This applies to both the ‘physical’ (the physical edition is simply a steelbook case with a download code inside) and the digital versions of Avowed. This edition will cost players $94.99 on Xbox or PC. Avowed fans who are looking to play early on Game Pass can also get Early Access by purchasing the $24.99 Premium upgrade.

Avowed Early Acces Release Time:

According to the Xbox store, Avowed ‘s early access period will launch in the United States at 1:00 PM EST, or 10:00 AM PT. For those outside the U.S., here is a brief list of worldwide release times:

  • U.K.: 6:00PM GMT
  • Western Europe: 7:00 PM CET
  • Beijing, China: 2:00AM CST
  • Tokyo: 3:00 AM JPT
  • Sydney, Australia: 5:00AM AEST

Currently, the PC version of Avowed does not have an exact release time for Early Access. If you own the Premium Edition on PC, check at midnight on the 13th of February. However, you may find it will not be released until the Xbox version is released.

Avowed Full Release Launch Times

\Obsidian has not yet released official launch times for the full release of Avowed. The game is set to release on February 18, 2025, for Xbox Series X/S and PC. Avowed will be available day one on Game Pass. Players who have not purchased the Premium Edition will gain access to the game then.

The Xbox Store and Steam both currently list 02/18/2025 as the only official release date/time information. It is worth checking to see if the game is available at 12:00AM EST in the US, though it is possible that it may not be released until five full days from the start of the early access period, which is 1:00PM EST on 02/13/2025.

Avowed is available to preload now on Game Pass and PC. The file size is confirmed to be between 71 and 75 GB, with slight variations between the Xbox and PC versions. Those players that preload Avowed will be ready to enter the Living Lands as soon as the game launches.
