Pokemon has turned a lot of its creations into plushes. I don’t have the official numbers on this, but I’d be very surprised if any Pokemon has been turned into a plush more times than Pikachu. I’d also hazard to guess Eevee is close behind, particularly if you include its evolved forms, and some of Pikachu, Eevee, and its Eeveelutions’ most popular plushes have been restocked at the Pokemon Center, but they’re selling out fast.
The plushes with Pikachu wearing an Eevee cape and vice versa, for example, were a part of the restock but are already gone again. I was unaware of just how popular this plush pair is, but it makes a lot of sense as they’re adorable. If you ever see them in stock, grab them since as soon as word gets out that they’re back, they’ll probably be gone again by the time you make it to the Pokemon Center.

If you want a Pikachu plush playing dress-up, some other options have been restocked. Pokemon’s Pikachu Cosplay collection is back and, at the time of typing this at least, they’re all available through the links in the boxes below. The collection includes plush versions of Pikachu pretending to be a rock star, a doctor, and a pop star. Unfortunately, the Pikachu cosplay Pokemon cards have not made a return along with them.

Their Popularity Means Some Of Them Have Sold Out Again Already, Though
Eevee in a Pikachu cape might already be sold out, but the Normal-type’s regular plush is still available following its restock. Most of its Eeveelutions are back too including Glaceon, Leafeon, Vaporeon, and Jolteon. The only evolved form of Eevee that doesn’t appear to be available in plush form right now is Umbreon. The Dark-type’s plush did make a return, but like the Eevee in a Pikachu cape plush, it sold out almost immediately. I always knew Umbreon was the best Eeveelution, now I have proof.
Cosplay Pikachu Poké Plush
Pokemon’s Cosplay Pikachu plush collection puts the world’s most famous Pokemon into different outfits. The range includes a Rock Star Pikachu, a colorful Pop Star Pikachu, and a Dr. Pikachu who exists in a world where the Electric-type has a Ph.D.
You can expect more Eevee restocks and new Eevee products throughout 2025 with Pokemon declaring this the Year of Eevee. That year began with the release of Prismatic Evolutions, a TCG set that has brought with it a lot of controversy. There are also some far less controversial Eevee-themed additions to Pokemon’s Comfy Friends collection, although they don’t appear to be available in the US yet.
