Me & Roboco’s popularity is ever-increasing, and the new projects ensure that it never stops. After releasing an anime series, Me & Roboco announced an anime film, which is supposed to release on April 18, 2025. Ahead of the film’s release, the official social media account revealed a new teaser visual and a new trailer. The teaser visual features all the main characters posing. Meanwhile, the trailer for the film gave viewers a gist of what to expect from it.

Most Of The Information Related To The Film Has Been Revealed
Me & Roboco film won’t make too many changes to the original cast. So, fans can expect to hear the same voices from the anime series.

Me & Roboco’s upcoming film has also announced three new alternate versions of Roboco that are voiced by different people. The new additions include:
- Roboco (Me & Roboco from the World of Genuine SF Action) voiced by Shigeru Chiba
- Roboco (from the World of Romantic Comedies) voiced by Sumire Uesaka
- Roboco (from the World of Showa Era Gag Manga) voiced by Masako Nozawa
The three new designs are from different kinds of manga. The first one is a fine example of what Roboco would look like in an action series. The strong and muscular design bears a strong resemblance to Jotaro Kujo from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures. The second design shows Roboco as a character from romantic comedies. It leans more on the feminine side, and Roboco has violet hair.
The third and final design shows Roboco as a character from the Showa Era Gag manga. At first glance, it looks like the character design is used as a device to make the audience laugh.
Akitaro Daichi is in charge of directing the film at Gallop. Michihiro Sato is the assistant director, and Sayuri Ooba is handling the scripts. Yuko Ebara is the character designer for Me & Roboco film.
Me & Roboco follows the story of Bondo, a young boy who is obsessed with owning a robot maid. Ultimately, he manages to get his hands on one. However, the robot maid is much different from the rest.
Me & Roboco will be released in April 2025.
