Kuro Games, the creator of Wuthering Waves has issued an official statement addressing false claims regarding the company’s game merchandise orders. This controversy adds to the recent drama following the Wuwa version 1.4 content leaks.
The company has completed the evidence preservation and is preparing to take all necessary legal actions against the culprit responsible for maliciously spreading false information.

Kuro Games has been dealing with a series of challenges lately, and it doesn’t seem like their issues are ending anytime soon. Following the recent content leak drama, the company took legal action against 依和p, a Bilibili content creator. However, after filing the lawsuit, the culprit allegedly threatened self-harm, leading Kuro Games to drop the case.
Now, he is back at it again. Kuro Games stated that this individual was spreading false information about the company, such as “delaying payments to the OEM factory for the Shorekeeper figurine products” and “engaging in click farming orders for figurine products.” These misleading claims have been circulated on platforms such as QQ groups, Zhihu, and Bilibili.

To counter these claims, Kuro Games has revealed that Guangzhou Shizui Xiu Craft Design Co., Ltd., the OEM factory responsible for the Shorekeeper figurine products, has provided an official letter refuting the allegations or accusations.
Kuro Games reaffirmed its commitment to the principles of integrity, stating “strictly abides by the spirit of contracts. The aforementioned rumors are completely baseless.“ They emphasized that these rumors have “severely damaged our company’s commercial reputation and have had a significant negative impact on our normal business operations.“
Having preserved the necessary evidence, they are once again taking legal action. They plan to pursue all necessary measures, including “criminal complaints and civil lawsuits, against the involved internet users on QQ groups, Zhihu, and Bilibili. Kuro Games is focused on holding the individual accountable to set the record straight.
