Whenever you fast travel between towns and named locations in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you have the chance of a random encounter. Some are simply making you aware of a camp you can rest at, some give you a chance to speak to a trader, but others are a bit more interesting.

You’ll have the chance of meeting Riddler Barley each time you fast travel in the Kuttenberg region. He’ll have some questions to ask you and will give you the chance to get some money or some experience towards a skill if you get it right.
How To Find Riddler Barley
Finding Riddler Barley is entirely down to luck. He’s a random encounter when fast travelling long distances between towns.
Sometimes you’ll meet Riddler Barley, so just keep travelling and you’ll meet him enough times eventually.
Whenever you do, just speak to him and ask him to tell you a riddle. You’ll usually have to wager on you getting the answer correct, but will get a reward if you do.
