If you want to better your marksmanship in KCD2, this guide has the info you need.
Henry can assist Guiles with this, and the prime objective will be an elusive road jumper named Canker. To find this miscreant and his crew, players will need to scour the local mountains looking for a bandit camp. Here’s how to find Canker’s Camp in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. For those wondering what the best approach might be, the best way to deal with these bandits has also been outlined below.
Where Is Canker’s Camp In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2?
Canker’s Camp is near the Nevakov’s mountain forest, an area filled with thick vegetation and steep hills that make it the perfect spot for bandit ambushes. Upon traveling there, players need to follow the road north, and they will be ambushed by a group of bandits, with one of them being dressed like a priest while posing as a beggar on the road.
Keep following the stream north, and Canker’s Camp will eventually appear right in front of Henry. There are at least six bandits in this camp, so you will need to prepare for another tough fight.
How To Defeat Canker And His Gang In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Dealing with Canker and his gang will not be an easy task, and players might find themselves surrounded really quickly if they are not careful. There are two different encounters in this quest. The first one comes right after fast traveling to the quest’s location, where an ambush party composed of six bandits awaits. Most of them will rush to Henry and try to surround him.
When this happens, Henry should rely on Mutt to distract one or two of the enemies and make a quick kill by targeting the less armored ones of the bunch. The bandits with light armor can be easily disposed of in one or two hits.

This guide will take you through the Demons of Trosky side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Poisoning Henry’s weapon with Bane Poison (Crafted with 1x Wormwood, 2x Belladona, 1x Amanita Muscaria) is an excellent way to take down a couple of enemies before they can even react. If players poison some arrows and shoot them at the enemies waiting at the sides of the road, this can also diminish the strength of the ambushers.
Be careful when using ranged attacks, as the ambushers will try to rush Henry if they see him shooting with a bow or crossbow, and switching weapons can be lethal if he is surrounded.
Once players have dealt with the ambush party, attacking the camp will introduce a whole new level of difficulty. Two armored bandits, three archers, and two light attackers (one with a hunting sword and another with a Mace, who is none other than Canker himself) will await them.
It is also possible to stalk the outskirts of the camp until past midnight. Then, players can sneak inside, kill the guards, poison the wine or the food, and wait until it takes effect. But those who prefer a more honorable approach can also pull them down with the help of Mutt.
Having a Polearm, a a Heavy weapon like a Longsword is also good for dealing with numerous enemies, as these specialize in keeping foes at bay while players circle around using the environment to keep their backs covered.
Once players have killed Canker and his crew, they can leisurely loot his camp, which is home to some good valuables that can be sold for extra Groschen. Remember to pick up Canker’s Mace as proof of the kill.
Canker’s Mace might be covered by bandit bodies, so try moving any that might be obscuring it and keep checking the floor around the fallen enemies until it pops up.
Go back to Semine Keep and talk to Guiles once more to finish the quest and receive 175 Groschen and a big reputation boost as a reward. Players can attempt to convince Guiles to let them take the Mace if they want, but it is just a regular heavy mace that can be bought from Blacksmiths; it doesn’t have anything special to offer.
