Following the Pokemon TCG’s boom in popularity, there’s never been a better time to collect valuable Eeveelution cards – or a worse time if you’re on a limited budget to collect them all. As some of the most beloved Pokemon ever, Eeveelutions have never been cheap, but with Evolving Skies and Prismatic Evolutions driving demand, these Pokemon have soared in price.

Pokemon TCG: The 7 Most Valuable POP Series Cards
The best POP Series cards are some of the hardest to find in the Pokemon TCG.
However, while the modern market surge has shifted most of the attention to the newer Eeveelution sets, there are several others to enjoy, dating back to the early days of the Pokemon TCG. We take a look through the years at the best sets that feature multiple valuable Eeveelution cards to collect.
Set values are determined by the sum of their most valuable Eeveelutions cards, up to the top ten Eeveelutions. Entries with more than ten Eeveelution cards are marked with a “+” to indicate that some cards are not included in the total.
Cards are ordered according to their TCGPlayer Market Price, which is the average price you might pay for a copy of the (first edition, where applicable) cards below.
Given the age and rarity of some cards, only those with an established market price on TCGplayer are included.
7
Undaunted – $227.21
An Underappreciated Umbreon
We begin our analysis of the best sets featuring Eeveelutions with Undaunted, one of the best sets from the HeartGold/SoulSilver era. As one of Espeon and Umbreon’s earlier appearances in the Pokemon TCG, Undaunted holds a special place in the hearts of Eeveelution aficionados.
While Undaunted doesn’t boast a wide variety of Eeveelutions given its fairly limited pool of available options from the time, the Prime Umbreon and Espeon are worth shouting out thanks to their unique designs.
This set is one of the few examples of Umbreon and Espeon appearing for relatively cheaper prices by modern Pokemon standards. With Umbreon available for around $120 and Espeon for around $50, these cards won’t break the bank compared to newer Eeveelutions.
6
Brilliant Stars – $278.21
A Glorious Trainer Gallery
Some of the most stunning Eeveelution cards hailing from Brilliant Stars’ Trainer Gallery set high standards as some of the set’s most valuable cards. Umbreon is joined by Sylveon, Eevee, Vaporeon, and more, as this set strikes a nearly perfect balance between valuable Eeveelutions to chase without spending thousands of dollars opening packs.
However, if you’re not infatuated by the thrill of the pull, then you can collect most of the expensive Eeveelution cards in this set for a modest price. Trainer Gallery cards remain affordable alternatives with excellent art, so you won’t find a better bang for your buck if you’re solely interested in a beautiful binder of cards.
5
Jungle – $515.76
A Blast From The Past
The best Eeveelution chase cards in Jungle soar into the triple digits for first-edition copies. However, you can collect the Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Flareon from Jungle for under $100 if the Rare, non-holo versions with the same artwork will satisfy you.

Sword and Shield’s best sets feature some iconic alternate art chase cards.
Although there’s not a huge variety of Eeveelution cards in Jungle, the original three options and Eevee boast stunning artwork and multiple rarities for any price range, including Unlimited and first-edition copies. If vintage is your cup of tea, then Jungle offers the chance to own some great cards that suit any budget.
4
Terastal Festival ex – $1,360.70+
The Start Of Something New
Unfortunately, the time for budget-friendly options is over, as the most valuable Eeveelution cards from Terastal Festival command hefty price tags that will require the equivalent (or more) of a month’s rent if you want to catch them all.
Unsurprisingly, Umbreon leads the way among these Japanese cards, but the price might sound like a bargain when you see what their English equivalents are priced at.
Japanese cards are typically much cheaper than English (though there are exceptions), so Terastal Festival ex might be your best chance to own the new-age Moonbreon if you can’t fathom shelling out four figures for a Pokemon card. If Umbreon isn’t your favorite, then you still have a choice of every other Eeveelution, as this set featured the best variety of Eeveelutions upon release.
3
Eevee Heroes – $2,566.16+
Japan’s Crown Jewel
As the non-English counterpart to Evolving Skies, Eevee Heroes stands tall as the most expensive Japanese Eeveelution set to date; it also comes in Korean if you’re more interested in the artwork than the language.
Fans of the OG modern Moonbreon will be happy to see that the Korean version is far more affordable than its Japanese and English twins, which sell for several times as much.

Pokemon TCG: The 7 Most Valuable Japanese Cards Released in 2024
2024’s best Japanese cards are worth a small fortune.
This set features every Eeveelution you can find in Evolving Skies, plus appearances from Jolteon, Flareon, and Vaporeon as major draws if you prefer the original three over the newer Eeveelution designs.
2
Evolving Skies – $3,549.84+
Land Of Eevee, Home Of The Moonbreon
It’s impossible to talk about the most valuable Eeveelution sets without mentioning Evolving Skies and its valuable collection of cards.
While there’s no doubt that Eeveelution cards lead the way in Evolving Skies, there are several other valuable cards to collect, though they’re not counted among the stated value.
However, despite Evolving Skies’ dominance in the value department, you’ll notice that Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon, and Eevee are noticeable omissions, and there’s no VMAX version of Espeon, which is found in Fusion Strike instead. Despite lacking variety, Evolving Skies soars to impressive price points, as its leading chase card, Umbreon VMAX, sits at over $1,500.
1
Prismatic Evolutions – $4,615.15+
Modern Pokemon’s New Darlings
While your first guess for the top spot might have been Evolving Skies, there’s a newer Eeveelution collection in the Pokemon TCG, and it seems intent on surpassing its predecessor’s price points. The most valuable cards in Prismatic Evolutions are all Eeveelutions, as this set capitalizes on their popularity and beauty with unparalleled artwork that demands your attention.
If bright, vivid scenes that capture the essence of each Eeveelution are your dream, then welcome to dreamland. However, this dream might turn into a nightmare when you see the cost of collecting this superb set, as it sets unbelievable standards, with the entire set’s value roughly doubling that of Evolving Skies.
Time might cool Prismatic’s white-hot hype, but it’s impossible to predict the future, given we’ve entered completely uncharted waters for the Pokemon TCG market.
