Marvel Rivals Announces There Will Be No Rank Reset in Season 1
February 21 will still mark the mid-way point of the season, which means Competitive players will still be given rewards. Players who reach at least Gold rank will be given a new skin for Invisible Woman in Marvel Rivals, while gamers who manage to reach Grandmaster and above will be rewarded with a unique Crest of Honor. This means that the second half of the season will come with the opportunity to earn another free skin along with an additional crest of honor. In order to claim these prizes, players will need to participate in at least 10 Competitive matches to establish their rank, even if it remains unchanged.
The upcoming update will also be the debut of The Thing and Human Torch in Marvel Rivals. The two heroes will round out The Fantastic Four, bringing the title’s total roster to 39. While there’s no official confirmation yet, leakers have claimed that The Thing will be a Vanguard and Human Torch will be a Duelist. Regardless of their roles, many fans are excited to see the iconic characters come to the popular hero shooter.
