There are various different stats you upgrade as you complete quests and explore in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. You have a main level, four key stats, and other stats that are focused on different types of combat.

On top of that, you can unlock skills in each of those stat categories, which further improve Henry’s skills. However, actually spending the perk points you’ve earned by gaining experience isn’t easy to understand. Once it has been fully explained, you should know how to make the most of your skills and unlock useful abilities.
How To Get Perk Points
Each stat in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is tracked individually. You earn XP in each skill by doing specific things related to that skill. For example, you need to fight people to earn Strength experience or pick locks to improve your Thievery stat.
Then, you’ll level up your skills as you earn experience. Each time you level up, you’ll be given a perk point to spend on the stat you just levelled up. When you level up a stat and earn a perk point, a notification will show in gold in the top right of the screen.
If you head to the Player menu in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you’ll be able to see your percentage progress towards your next level in each stat. The bar that shows next to the level of the stat indicates how close to the next level you are.
How To Spend Perk Points
Once you’ve earned a perk point, a small yellow star-like icon will show next to the name of the stat you earned it in. A number will also show to the right of it.
Now, open up that stat and you’ll see all of the perks you’ve unlocked or can unlock. You just need to select the perk you would like to unlock and confirm your selection. Do this for each stat you’ve earned perk points for and you’ll have loads of additional abilities.
Which perks you’re able to unlock with perk points is tied to your current main level.
