Fast traveling in this game is pretty simple as you just have to open the map by pressing the M key on the board or the up D-pad on the controllers. After doing so, simply hover over the town’s icon you want to go fast to. After confirming the prompt to fast travel, Henry will be shown traveling from the current location to the desired destination.

You can’t traverse freely in-game. There are certain icons for each town where you can hover and select to traverse.

However, there are some factors to note when using this feature. While it is pretty convenient to go from one place to another quickly, you have to consider your hunger and exhaustion. When you use fast travel, the time will be spent as if you naturally went to the place.

You can either help that person or escape the situation, but you may not have an absolute 100 percent chance of fleeing the area. So, you should be properly equipped before using this feature.

Your hunger and exhaustion will increase and time will pass. Your health may also be affected. Local guards may also stop you to check whether you have any stolen goods; if any are found you will be arrested.
