The last Fortnite update didn’t really do much for the game’s actual content, but on the back end there’s been quite a few changes, with some big ones coming to the Fortnite Reload loot pool. We haven’t quite gotten a new map or anything that exciting for Reload. However, there has been some major changes to the items available. Jumping in after this update, you’ll find a completely different meta is going on.
While normal Battle Royale Fortnite is in a new Chapter with its new forms of weapons, and OG is back in Season 2, Reload is always a fun mish-mash of different eras. We’ve had the old lot of weapons for quite a while. While it was fun to play with the Mammoth Pistol again, there’s been some annoying weapons included for a good while too. With the latest Fortnite update we’ve seen some of the more recent items reintroduced. Things like the Flowberry Fizz, the Heavy Sniper, and the Infiltrator Pump. The Fortnite Reload loot pool changes look like they’ll be pretty interesting to jump into.

Fortnite Reload Loot Pool Changes
In the last Fortnite update, Fortnite Reload saw quite a few changes to its loot pool. These are the items that have been taken out of play and those that have been added in.
Vaulted
- Havoc Suppressed AR
- Heavy AR
- Mammoth Pistols
- Suppressed Pistol
- Charge Shotgun
- Maven Auto Shotgun
- Suppressed SMG
Unvaulted
- Flowberry
- Crash Pad Jr
- Combat AR
- Infantry Rifle
- Prime Shotgun
- Infiltrator Pump Shotgun
- Revolver
- Heavy Sniper Rile
- Tactical SMG
- Kinetic Blade
There’s been some pretty big changes. It’s interesting to see the Kinetic Blade added in, since it’s recently returned to Battle Royale as well. Elsewhere there’s some fun items we haven’t had in a while like the Revolver, strange picks like the Prime Shotgun. It’s great to see Flowberry again too, anything that gets such a fantastic rotation and healing tool outside of being limited to Chapter 5.
That’s everything that’s changed with the recent Fortnite Reload loot pool changes. It’ll be fun to try each of these classic weapons out on the two maps.
