Fine, I’ll Do It Myself Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Before you can begin, make sure you meet these requirements:
- Friendship Level 10 with Hades
- Unlock Tiana, Prince Eric, and Mirabel.
Talk to Tiana
At the start of the quest, Hades reveals that he wants to throw a huge party in Vale. But what’s a party without food, right? So he will send you to Tiana for help with catering.
Tiana agrees to help, but only if Hades promotes her restaurant in return. When you go back and tell Hades, he actually agrees, but in true Hades fashion, he has a unique way of doing things. Instead of just making some flyers, he will give you some gems and ask you to plant them in Mythopia. According to him, these gems will grow into fancy signs pointing toward Tiana’s restaurant. Sounds weird, but magic works in strange ways in DDV.
Once you plant and water the gems, wait five minutes for them to grow. When they are ready, place the signs around Mythopia to complete this step.
Recruit Musicians for the Party
Now that the food situation is sorted, it’s time to figure out the entertainment. Hades, being Hades, wants things to be perfect, so he suggests auditioning Prince Eric and Mirabel to perform at the party. So in your next step, you will have to tag along as Hades auditions both musicians.
However, after the auditions, you’ll find out that Hades is not impressed. Apparently, they’re not good enough for his big celebration, so he is going to DJ the party himself. Of course, that means more work for you because now you have to craft a DJ Table for him.
Collect Ingredients for Corinthian Marble DJ Table
Here’s a list of the materials required for the table, along with where you can find them:
- 15 x Marble
- 20 x Magma
- 10 x Lightning Spice
Fans can find all three materials in the Mythopia biome. Marble and Magma can be mined from rocks, and Lightning Spice can be found lying on the ground.
Collect Resources for Party Invitations
For your next step, you will need to craft party invitations for Hades. For that, you will need the following materials:
- Blue Bird Snippets (Found in the Bind)
- Opal (Mind from the Bind)
- Yellow Tale Cone Flowers (Collected from the Bind)
Dress Up and Attend the Party
For your last step, you will need to dress appropriately for the occasion. After that, head to the palace at the top of Mount Olympus where he is hosting the celebration. Enter the palace, interact with the portal to get to Hades’ throne room, and then listen to the villagers share their thoughts about the party. Finally, talk to Hades to complete the quest.
