You can turn the Henry and Hans bromance into a budding romance. To do this, you need to select the loving/caring dialogue options (i.e. heart icons) at specific moments in the campaign.
Some of these instances are missable, too, which is why we discuss all of them in detail in our guide. Then, near the end of the game, you have to decide to kiss Hans when presented with the opportunity.
