Click Click Hollow Reporter is a time-limited event in Zenless Zone Zero where you can participate to earn Polychromes for future banners. The event is quite simple, but it can be a bit lengthy since each stage takes a while to complete.

The idea of this event is to click pictures following the requirements of every stage and reach the minimum points to receive all the rewards. If you’re confused about how to complete the event, here’s a guide that will help you breeze through it in no time.
Click Click Hollow Reporter Eligibility
Click Click Hollow Reporter started on February 2, 2025, and will end on February 17, 2025. You’ll need to reach Inter-Knot Level 15 and also complete the Soldier 11 Agent Quest Mole In the Hole to take part in the event.
There is no way to skip the minimum requirements, unlike some of the past events and you must meet the requirements. However, both of those requirements are very easy to reach and you can get there within a day or two at most.
Click Click Hollow Reporter Event Guide
The key idea of the Click Click Hollow Reporter event is to capture specific moments during the fight which in turn will allow you to defeat the enemies and complete the stage. You will receive a special function called Flash of Insight.
If you use it at the right moment, you will trigger the stage buff called Filter-Buffs and that will release energy blasts which will damage enemies in the stage. Keep doing it multiple times until the stage ends and you have received all the rewards.
You will receive Trial characters across every stage, so you don’t have to worry about matching characters with the stages.
Every stage has its own set of Filter-Buffs, and they have varying trigger requirements which will be mentioned to you before the stage begins. Finally, once you complete a stage, you will see a button on the main display screen where you can switch to Hyperfocus Shot.
The Hyperfocus Shot mode doesn’t have any strict objectives, and you can click pictures of your own free will. However, the Hyperfocus Shot mode doesn’t have any additional rewards, so you can skip it if you want.
If you are worried about when to click the pictures, the Flash of Insight button will start blinking when the time is right. Tap on it the moment that happens and you will receive the perfect shot.
Stage 1- Wasteland Race
The target challenges for this stage are as follows:
- Earn 1000 points
- Take 5 photos in a single session
- Earn 7000 points
The target photos you need to click are as follows:
- Primary Target: Take a picture of an agent when using an EX Special ATK.
- Optional Target: There must be at least two enemies on the screen.
You also receive the Filter Buff where completing the Primary Target will release an energy blast which will not only damage all enemies but also provide a 60 percent increase in Energy Regeneration Rate and a 30 percent increase in ATK. You receive Ellen, Lycaon, and Soukaku as the Trial characters for this stage.
Stage 2- Strange Ruins Adventure
The target challenges for this stage are as follows:
- Earn 1000 points
- Take 5 photos in a single session
- Earn 7000 points
The target photos you need to click in this stage are:
- Primary Target: Click a picture of an agent using their Ultimate ability.
- Optional Target: There must be at least two enemies on the screen.
You’ll also receive a Filter Buff in this stage where completing the Primary Target will release an energy blast that will not only damage enemies but provide a 150 percent increase in Decibel generation rate while also increasing Ultimate damage by 30 percent. You receive Miyabi, Lighter, and Lucy as the Trial characters for this stage.
Stage 3- Maze of Dangerous Towers
The target challenges for this stage are as follows:
- Earn 1000 points
- Take 5 photos in a single session
- Earn 7000 points
The target photos you need to click in this stage are:
- Primary Target: Click a picture of an agent using an Attribute Anomaly.
- Optional Target: The picture must have a Combat Bangboo.
The Filter Buff for this stage releases an Energy Blast whenever the Primary Target is met, leading to an increase in the Anomaly Buildup Rate by 60 percent while also increasing the Attribute Anomalies by 30 percent. The trial characters in this stage are Jane Doe, Seth, and Piper.
Stage 4- Blazing Sun and Floating Shadows
The target challenges for this stage are as follows:
- Earn 1000 points
- Take 5 photos in a single session
- Earn 7000 points
The target photos you need to click in this stage are:
- Primary Target: Click a picture of an agent while using a Chain Attack.
- Optional Target: The image must have two or more agents.
The Filter Buff for this stage is triggered upon completing the Primary Target which in turn releases an Energy Blast and deals damage to enemies. Additionally, all allies receive a 50 percent boost in their ATK while increasing their DMG against Stunned enemies by 50 percent. The trial characters for this stage are Harumasa, Qingyi, and Nicole.
Stage 5- Stroll By The Harbor
The target challenges for this stage are as follows:
- Earn 1000 points
- Take 5 photos in a single session
- Earn 7000 points
The target photos you need to click in this stage are:
- Primary Target: Click a picture of an agent when they use Defensive Assist or Evasive Assist
- Optional Target: The picture must have a Combat Bangboo.
The Filter Buff for this stage, which is triggered after hitting the Primary Target releases an energy blast that provides a Crit Rate boost by 40 percent and a Crit DMG boost by 100 percent while also dealing damage to all enemies. You receive Zhu Yuan, Qingyi, and Caesar King as trial characters.
Stage 6- Virtual Starloop
The target challenges for this stage are as follows:
- Earn 1000 points
- Take 5 photos in a single session
- Earn 7000 points
The target photos you need to click in this stage are:
- Primary Target: Click a picture of an agent when using Quick Assist
- Optional Target: The image must have two or more agents.
The Filter Buff for this stage is triggered upon hitting the Primary Target which releases an Energy Blast to deal damage to all enemies while increasing the damage dealt by Agents by 60 percent. During this stage, Quick Assists increases the damage dealt by an additional 60 percent.
