Genshin Impact has revealed the Event Banners for the first half of Version 5.4, but thanks to previously datamined information, players can also determine the rest of the lineup. With the Lantern Rite coming to a close, Genshin Impact is slowly setting the stage for a return to Inazuma in Version 5.4, which will introduce Yumemizuki Mizuki to the playable cast of characters. In addition to her Story Quest, Genshin Impact players can also look forward to the Mikawa Festival, as well as a new 4-Star Polearm that increases movement speed after using an Elemental Skill.
Mizuki will debut in Genshin Impact with a Story Quest, and she will be the first Standard Banner character to hail from Inazuma. In terms of her ability kit, Mizuki will fulfill the role of an Anemo driver for Taser teams, having notable synergy with characters such as Furina and Ororon. Her Signature Weapon is expected to draw notable interest from players, as it will provide an immense bonus to Elemental Mastery.

It’s clear that the second half is shaping up to be ideal for Wriothesley’s Freeze team, as both Furina and Mika are desirable teammates. While no information has been datamined about the third 4-Star character in the lineup, the three most likely options are Noelle, Lynette, and Charlotte. With her last featured appearance being in Version 4.2, Charlotte has been in demand by Genshin Impact players for a long time. However, given that Mika and Chongyun are already Cryo characters in Genshin Impact, the odds of Charlotte featuring over Noelle or Lynette are notably small.
In terms of the Weapon Banner in Genshin Impact, Wriothesley fans stand to benefit the most because they can attempt to obtain both his Signature Weapon and the Splendor of Tranquil Waters. While Version 5.4 can be described as a dry patch, featuring no map expansion, Artifact Domain, or Archon Quest, Genshin Impact players can expect Version 5.5 to be packed with content.
