With a mammoth selection of massive triple-A games, you’re going to need to brace yourself.

In TheGamer’s review, Sam Hallahan gave it a 5/5, writing that “It’s not just a game about history – it’s a game that feels like it’s making history.” Already, the game is experiencing massive success, with over 230,000 concurrents on Steam alone. That’s not to mention the fact that the game reportedly has already made back its budget in a single day.

With thousands of players jumping in, discoveries are being made left and right, including a clever reference to the popular manga and anime, One Piece.

The Straw Hats Seemingly Exist In This World

As shared in the One Piece Reddit, user PerfParadox found Luffy’s iconic Straw Hat perched on a series of rocks resembling an iconic scene from Eiichiro Oda’s long-running Shōnen Jump series.

According to the user, the Straw Hat has a +950 Conspicuousness, with a unique voice line upon picking it up. The plus-950 Conspicuousness is pretty accurate, considering Luffy stands out wherever he goes.

Its description makes reference to the will of Luffy and his band of crewmates.

An old straw hat I found lying under an old tree. I have a strange feeling about it. It seems to carry with it the will of those who wore it before me.

As for its location, it was intentionally placed near some rocks as that is where, in the series, Luffy left his Straw Hat before some training.

There’s nothing quite like a good Easter Egg, and this particular Easter Egg absolutely knocks it out of the park. It would’ve been enough if there was a simple Straw Hat, but the development team went above and beyond, with a neat description, a specific location and a stat that would make even Luffy blush.
