The first trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 already gave the impression that the game would pull no punches in that regard. However, there is one specific idea that could be put to good use. Thankfully, GTA 6 should have all the necessary tools to make it work.

In the Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer aired near the end of 2023, players got their first true look at the game’s new protagonists and some potential hints about the story. Despite what looks to be a dramatic story in the works, the trailer also made it clear that the GTA universe has gotten no less wild. This scary secret could actually inspire some hilarious Grand Theft Auto 6 side content. A ghost-hunting activity could give players the chance to explore some old, creepy parts of Vice City after dark if there are rumors of the areas being haunted. This could delve into the social media influences seen in the trailer because paranormal phenomena and true crime are both popular genres online. There could even be an influencer character who acts as an ally or rival in these investigations, similar to the Strangers and Freaks of past games. Plenty of good content in GTA 6 could come from goofy investigations of supposedly haunted areas.

Ghost-Hunting Could be Silly or Serious in GTA 6

Of course, it’s also possible for such an activity to take a turn in line with Grand Theft Auto‘s scariest surprises.
