There are two ways to contact the customer support team of Cyber Rebellion. Players can contact the developers at NEOCRAFT Limited via their social media handles via the in-game customer support option or reach out to them directly.
How to contact via the in-game Customer Support option
Players must launch the game on their devices. Once the in-game title screen has loaded, they must adhere to the steps below:
- Tap on the humanoid/Customer Service icon located at the upper right corner of the screen.
- This would take you to a menu screen. Navigate to the Help option from there.

- While on the Help menu, you must first navigate to the FAQ section. You will discover that the developers have pre-addressed some Frequently Asked Queries. To read the answer/fix for any of those queries, tap on the down arrow beside each.
Raising a ticket
If your issue persists or is something that has not been addressed under the FAQ section, you must raise a Support ticket. Adhere to the steps below to do so:
- While still under the Help page, navigate to the New Ticket section.
- The first thing that you have to do is choose the ticket type from these options: Account related, Payment Related, Payment not received, Inappropriate behaviors, Purchase Failed, Bug Feedback, Suggestion, and Others. Choose the category that best describes your issue. If that category warrants a sub-category, then you need to select that as well.
- Based on the category that you choose, you will be asked to provide a set of required inputs. In general, the inputs required are:
- Accurate character ID or character name.
- Registration date of account.
- Registration country or IP.
- Device name.
- Recovery email address.
- A detailed description of your issue.
- Relevant attachments in the form of screenshots for quicker assistance.

- Once you have provided all the inputs asked for, tap on the Submit button to successfully raise a ticket. The support team will get back to you at the email address provided, within 48-72 hours. You can do additional follow-ups in the same mail chain if required.
- You may also see the current status of your raised tickets from under the Ticket List tab of the Help menu.
How to contact the Developer Team Directly
You may mail the Developer team directly here. Another approach could be to reach out to the developers via their Social Media handles. You can reach out to the team at the official Facebook Page of Cyber Rebellion. Players should additionally do a follow-up on their Discord server, where tons of passionate fans are there to help users resolve their queries.
