Although not particularly eye-catching, Conceited offers up a good increase in work speed in return for a decrease in defensive capabilities. A tier 1 skill, players may find themselves coming across Conceited more than others on this list.
As such, players should hope to get lucky and get this passive skill on Pals with poorer combat capabilities or spend some time breeding early in the game to acquire this skill on various creatures.

Being a Tier-3 skill, Philanthropist is not easy to get, but it’s indeed one of the valuable skills to have, especially for players who want to focus on breeding Pals. The downside of this massive boost, however, is the fact that it only focuses on a single area in the base.
