Summary

  • Pokemon Sleep is holding a special Valentine’s Day event from February 10-17 with bonuses and new recipes.
  • The event will feature increased spawns of certain Pokemon, new recipes, and boosted strength values for dishes.
  • Monthly events are planned for Pokemon Sleep, with Good Sleep Days being the most common.

Pokemon Sleep is preparing to kick off a Valentine’s Day Event that will span a week. Starting on February 10, Pokemon Sleep players will be able to gain helpful bonuses and start creating brand-new recipes to celebrate the annual holiday.

Pokemon Sleep is still one of the more unusual Pokemon games, which tasks players with catching the best sleep that they can. While meeting new Pokemon is still one of the main draws of the title, the ultimate goal is to get good sleep in order to make a slumbering Snorlax as happy as possible. This 2025 Pokemon event will see an increase of certain Pokemon spawns and will add new recipes to make Snorlax even more satisfied.

Video games are known for exciting players, but often times they can tire them out as well.

Starting on February 10, Pokemon Sleep is kicking off its own Valentine’s Day event week. The event starts at 4 am on Monday morning, at which time Snorlax’s requested dishes will be set to Desserts/Drinks. Strength value for dishes will be increased by 1.5x, while Extra Tasty dishes will be 3x, and Extra Tasty dishes on Sunday will be 4.5x. New to the game, Wooper’s Paldean Form and Clodsire will have an increased encounter chance. Outside of those two, Psyduck, Pinsir, Pichu, Ralts, Aron, Absol, Grubbin, Mimikyu, and Fuecoco have a slightly greater encounter chance. Some Pokemon may also appear on varying sleep styles regardless of the player’s sleep type for the night.

Additionally, players will be able to start making two new recipes starting with this update, which will both slot into the Dessert/Drink category. While not officially named, the recipes appear to be Tiramisu and a Clodsire-shaped Eclair. Players will also see a potential increase of Pokemon arriving who collect Fancy Apples, Soothing Cacao, or Rousing Coffee, which will likely play a role in creating the aforementioned recipes. Players will be able to participate in this event at all locations, with the Valentine’s Event ending on February 17 at 4 am.

Following this event, Pokemon Sleep players can expect to see Good Sleep Day events every month. In 2024, the next themed event following Valentine’s Day was the Sleep Flower Festival, which happened in April. While the game developers could always shake up the schedule, players can reasonably expect to see a similar plan this year.
