Each material can be found in different biomes across the island, requiring a bit of a hunt for each one that players need to find. For some quests, players will be required to search for 10 sticks to make their fishing rod or their bug net. However, it can be difficult to find the amount that players need without knowing where to look. How To Get Sticks
Hello Kitty Island Adventure will have many quests pop up throughout the game, including the ones that give players their tools, which will require quite a bit of wood when players first start the game. Sticks can mainly be found around trees, having fallen from the branches and now lying on the ground. They will be found in different areas around the Seaside Resort, but there is a limit of only about 15 sticks per day, making it difficult to always have enough without using other sources for them.
There are other ways to get sticks in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. This is through a mini-game called “Crane Craze,” which players can get by finishing the game and can receive sticks as a prize. Some players can gift certain characters to receive sticks, such as Lou, but only when he is visiting the island.
Players also have a chance of getting a total of 5 sticks from opening Time Capsules or Corune Capsules from Poron and Corune. These aren’t a guaranteed source for sticks though. Some puzzle rooms will also have sticks which can be found around different places. Here are some places to look:
- Crumble Rumble
- Thermal Throwdown
- Flooded Fulcrum
- Lightning Lockout
This last source of stick is a bit odd compared to the rest. Players can actually find sticks in Hello Kitty Island Adventure by catching fish. Sometimes, when players catch a fish, it will drop a stick if it doesn’t drop a different item—this mainly happens with Clamfish. Here’s a list of different Clamfish that can drop sticks:
- Coastal Clamfish
- Bog Clamfish
- Briny Clamfish
- Cavern Clamfish
- Magma Clamfish
These are all the different ways that players can be rewarded with sticks in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, and they’ll eventually end up using all of these methods as they craft their way through the game.
