Iron Halo

Level: Seven

The Iron Halo is a level seven item with a common rarity. This helm will boost your defensive stats in general and will also give a small bonus to most forms of attacking power. The Iron Halo does not excel in any specific direction, but is a good option that can be added to any build if found in either the Crescent Keep dungeon or any of the three floors of the Sanctum Catacombs.

It can then be traded out for any of the other helms on this list.

Nethercrypt Halo

Level: 14

The Nethercrypt Halo, a level 14 helm of common rarity, can be used by any class. Despite this, Mystics will find this helm more useful than Fighters of Bandits due to the four point increase in Magic power this helm applies when equipped.

It can be discovered on various levels of the Sanctum Catacombs within chests or by defeating enemies. When used by other classes, the Nethercrypt Helm still offers five points of defense and three points of regular Attack power plus two points of magic defense.

Geistlord Crown

Level: 13

The Geistlord Crown is one of two Exotic rarity helms that can be found in Atlyss, and can be used by any of the three classes. If Lord Zuulneruda is defeated on the second level of the Sanctum Catacombs, the Geistlord Crown can be found inside the resulting boss chest.

The Geistlord Crown boosts health, stamina and mana equally by five points each, and also increases the rate at which critical hits can be dealt with melee and magic by one point three percent. Additionally, the Geistlord Crown boosts magic defense by one more point that regular defense.

Mithril Halo

Level: 16

The Mithril Halo is a level 16 item with a common rarity that is a direct upgrade to the Iron Halo. It can be purchased from Sally’s Store or found from chests in the Crescent Grove dungeon. When worn, Health is increased by seven points and Stamina is increased by five.

Attacking power is also increased in general, with melee damage prioritized. If that wasn’t enough, defense is boosted by an impressive nine points, making this a desirable option for Fighters or anyone who wants to avoid damage.

Jestercast Memory

Level: 17

If you’re a Mystic, this is the helm for you. Located inside of chests in the Crescent Grove dungeon, the Jestercast Memory will increase Mana by five points and Magic power by ten points when worn. The critical hit rate of magic cast is increased by one point two percent, but most of the defense offered by this helm is in the 11 points of Magic defense it has.

Regular defense is boosted by seven points, making this helm the ideal choice for Mystics who are fighting other magic casting enemies.

Knightguard Halo

Level: 17

Like the Jestercast Memory and the Glyphgrift Halo, the Knightguard Halo is the helm that is exclusive to the Fighter class. Health is increased by ten points, allowing fights to go on for longer. Stamina is raised by only three points, but Attack power is increased by six.

Magic Defense and regular Defense are the main features of this helm, receiving boosts of eight and 12 points. Like the other two helms, the Knightguard Halo can be found in chests in the Crescent Grove dungeon.

Glyphgrift Halo

Level: 17

The level 17, common rarity Glyphgrift Halo is a helm that can only be equipped by the Bandit class. When worn, Stamina is increased by a whopping 15 points, along with 14 points of Dexterity power.

The critical hit rate is increased by two point eight percent, and Evasion by two point fifteen percent. Defensive ability is not sacrificed, and is greatly increased by 14 points. These stats make the Glyphgrift Halo one of the best helms in the game, and a tool no Bandit will want to miss.

Geistlord Eye

Level: 18

The second helm with an Exotic rarity in Atlyss is the Geistlord Eye. This level 18 helm can be obtained by defeating Lord Kaluuz in the final level of the Sanctum Catacombs and receiving it from his boss chest.

The Geistlord Eye can be used by any of the three classes in the game. Unlike many of the other helms, the value of the Geistlord Eye is not in defense. Health, Mana, and Stamina are all increased by ten points, and defense is only increased by six. With increases to critical hit rate, this helm is still one to look for.
