Developer Hello Games has rolled out No Man’s Sky update 5.53, addressing a number of issues following the Worlds Part 2 update. The patch is already available for No Man’s Sky players on Steam and will be released for other platforms soon.
No Man’s Sky came out in 2016, offering players an open-world space exploration game featuring procedurally generated universes, each with unique biomes, weather, creatures, and resources. However, the game didn’t perform as expected and was heavily criticized at first, prompting Hello Games to keep refining it until No Man’s Sky finally became what was intended from the beginning. In January, No Man’s Sky released its big Worlds Part 2 update, bringing plenty of new content into the game, and now Hello Games is rolling out a small patch to rectify some issues that arose after the big update.
