How To Find True Lord Nebakov
The Old Raven Trophy/Achievement requires you to find the true Lord Nebakov, but this won’t happen until you reach the main quest called Back in the Saddle.
As you progress through this quest, you will arrive at the Nebakov Fortress. Once you get inside the fortress walls and the objective changes to “Wait till Sir Hans’ meeting is over,” this is where you need to complete the trophy/achievement.

In front of you, you will find some stairs. Take them up and follow the path to the right side. In front of you, there will be another set of stairs that you can climb, leading to the upper floor. Be careful of the guards nearby – if needed, throw a rock to distract them so you can make your way safely.
After you get inside, you will find a second door, but this time you need to lockpick it before you can enter. Inside this room, there will be some keys on the table. Make sure to pick them up and then leave the room.
Now, make your way to the ground level, where you will find a door just below the ones you entered earlier. With the key, you will be able to unlock and open it. However, a guard will be standing next to it.
If you enter while he sees you, he will attack, and that’s not what we want. Instead, you need to lure him away. To the right side, there will be a door leading to the kitchen. Use this route to circle behind the guard and try to lure him inside.
