One Piece 1138 Is A Legendary Chapter
It Unveils Deep Secrets of the One Piece Lore
One Piece 1138 is the most recent chapter, and is arguably the most important lore chapter fans have read in the story.
What makes this chapter so special is the reveal of the ancient scripture known as the Harley Texts. The Harley texts, featured on the Adam Tree mural, reveal the existence of Three Worlds in One Piece.
One where the original Nika lived, one where Joy Boy lived, and one where the story is currently taking place with Luffy as the newest Sun God.
The text and mural hint at many things, such as the origin of the D clan, which could be from the moon. It also hints at the fight to come in the story, which will see Luffy confronting Imu.
One of the most interesting details here is also the reveal of three more Gods. The Earth God, Sea God, and Forest God are unveiled to the fans. This reveal might also explain the origin of the Devil Fruits.
This is only scratching at the surface, and the details are so many in the Elbaf Mural that fans won’t realize certain elements until much later.
Why One Piece 1138 Is So Important
One Piece 1138 is probably the most lore-dense chapter fans have ever read. It shows just how deep the One Piece lore is. Just a year ago, fans didn’t even know there was a story before the Void Century.
The story of One Piece still has a lot to explore, and might need quite a few more years to be fleshed out properly.
Where to Read One Piece
The One Piece manga is definitely one thing fans need to get into before the story concludes. Fans of the series who want to catch up can check it on Manga Plus or Viz Media to read all new chapters for free every week when they drop on Sunday.
