To travel between regions in KCD2, you must find the red cart symbol on the map and speak to the coachman there.
In Kuttenberg, the cart is on the western edge of the map, and in Trosky, you’ll find the cart in the southeastern corner. The cost to travel between regions is 200 groschen one-way. Later on, this amount of KCD2 money may not be an issue, but in the early to mid-game, it’s a lot, so choose your journey wisely.
There are several ‘points of no return’ in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 where you’re told that various side quests will become unavailable after that point in the story. With that said, there are many missions that persist even when moving from Trosky to Kuttenberg, so use this region fast travel to mop up any unfinished business you may have, or to visit some old friends.
