Dead Rising is one of the best Capcom franchises that fans would like to see come back (despite some of its recent missteps). Frank West’s original adventures set the stage for a unique action game that reveled in its bizarre nature and let players tear monsters apart with ease.
The beauty of Dead Rising can be appreciated even more in a remaster that makes it easier for new players to jump into the action. Using a wealth of bizarre weapons to take out zombies while a sinister timer ticks down is a huge part of what makes this game special.
